The B&B Free Zone is a cozy and typical retreat located in a picturesque countryside village, opened in July 2013. It is situated in the Annunziata area, at the foot of the Seven Brothers Mountain, immersed in a charming natural park.
Castiadas is an ancient village that came to light at the end of the 1800s as a penal colony, but later, in 1950, transformed into a lively agricultural center thanks to agrarian reform.
In creating this Bed and Breakfast, our main goal is to make all guests feel at home. Impeccable cleanliness of the facility, warm hospitality, and a rich breakfast have been our top priorities.
Our spacious garden, with comfortable lounges and sunbeds, is an ideal place to relax during the day and enjoy cool evenings under the stars, accompanied by sweet melodies, creating an atmosphere of serenity in this authentic oasis.
The privileged location of the Free Zone, only 10 km from the beautiful Costa Rei beach and numerous coves with crystal-clear waters, will allow you to experience a dream vacation in Sardinia.
My name is Efisio, I am the owner of the Free Zone Bed and Breakfast. In addition to welcoming you into my home, I hope to make you feel at home, always available to advise you on the most beautiful beaches and all the services in the surrounding area.
I have created the B&B Free Zone in my family home in this peaceful countryside village, where the silence is broken by the chirping of birds. It is a pleasant rustic country house with ample indoor parking and a spacious garden equipped with a veranda, sofas, garden loungers, and a ping pong table. The music in the veranda will keep you company.
The cozy and welcoming living room has a TV and a computer exclusively for the use of guests. The rooms are simple and practical, with private bathrooms and hydro massage showers. Daily room cleaning and linen change every three days are included in the price.
The breakfast room, the most important place to start the day, follows the current regulations in our country. All products are single-dose and packaged, with a wide selection of high-quality options: espresso coffee, cappuccino, and tea are prepared upon request.
